About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Philanthropy and Donor Relations Manager to lead our major giving efforts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, with a strong understanding of individual giving and major gifts strategies.

This role will involve developing and implementing multi-channel major individual giving strategies to support organization and programmatic growth. You will also be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive donor-centric cultivation, solicitation, and engagement strategies to generate new major individual gifts and upgrade and sustain current major gift donors.

The estimated salary for this role is $77,600 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and education. We offer an extensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
