Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Development Associate to join our team at Northwestern Memorial HealthCare (NMHC). In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with NMF managers, directors, vice presidents, and other team members to support the development and implementation of strategic giving programs. You will also develop and maintain productive relationships with donors, prospects, volunteers, vendors, and team members, and create effective communication mechanisms to facilitate project status updates, ideas, and information exchange among team members, NMHC executives, donors, volunteers, vendor partners, and others as appropriate.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent project management and organizational skills, as well as strong intellectual curiosity, initiative, and highly effective listening and communication skills. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
