Job Summary:

Craddock Oil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee our food operations in northern Mississippi. This position reports directly to the Director of Food Operations and is responsible for managing food sales, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Sales Management: Manage food sales in your district to maximize revenue and meet customer demands.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor food management staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Vendor and Store Management: Work with vendors and store managers to ensure food sites are clean and properly stocked with items to sale.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure that food products are properly stocked and rotated.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expense Control: Control expenses by maintaining accurate records of food inventory, labor costs, and other expenses.
  • Special Assignments: Assume responsibility for special assignments and projects as needed to support the success of the food operations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 years or more of food service experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and customers.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions to improve food sales and customer satisfaction.
