Job Title: Regional Operations Supervisor

Reports to: CEO

Classification: Exempt

General Overview:

As a Regional Operations Supervisor at Behavior Treatment & Analysis, your main focus will be to manage and enhance the operational elements of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services across a specified area. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing the effective and efficient provision of ABA therapy, adherence to regulatory standards, and the accomplishment of the regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Direct all regional operations and logistics to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Guarantee full compliance with all applicable regulations and laws governing ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures within the region.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage District personnel, including scheduling, training, and conducting performance assessments.
  • Provide oversight for case management to ensure high-quality care for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Department and Office Coordinators to formulate and implement policies and procedures.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between district personnel and the Human Resource Department to promote effective communication.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and seminars to remain updated on best practices and industry advancements.

Reporting and Financial Oversight:

  • Deliver regular updates on regional operations and performance metrics to the CEO.
  • Work towards achieving the financial objectives for the region.

Staff Retention and Recruitment Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to devise strategies for staff retention and talent acquisition within the region.
  • Engage in the recruitment process by providing insights on staffing requirements and assisting as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Support the development and execution of initiatives aimed at boosting employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to staffing and employee management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience:

  • Relevant experience preferred (1 year, not mandatory).

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Driver's License (Required).
  • Fingerprint clearance (both DOJ and FBI).
