Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $172,722.75.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Audit Supervisor will oversee the execution of audits, focusing on the evaluation of approximately 300 essential financial and certain IT general controls across various operational processes. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of audit practices and technical expertise, crucial for delivering external audit insights and Board assurances. The audits conducted will form the basis of the Internal Audit assurance report presented to the Board, enabling informed commentary on the effectiveness of the Risk Management and Internal Control Program.

The incumbent will be tasked with assessing the design and operational effectiveness of financial and IT controls annually, which includes preparing detailed audit reports and engaging in discussions with management regarding summarized findings.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work in several states.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess advanced technical knowledge and auditing skills to conduct and review complex audits. Proficiency in SAP and analytical methodologies is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience is required.
  • CPA certification is preferred, along with other relevant professional certifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Strong understanding of auditing techniques, standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Proficient in evaluating risks, business processes, and implementing effective controls.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
