About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Diverzify. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate flooring solutions for their commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with suppliers, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide expert knowledge of flooring products and installation methods to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage sales leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the project team to coordinate RFI's, submittals, and deliveries, ensuring timely and quality installation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motorized vehicle.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
