Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

At Hearst Newspapers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing digital and print sales revenue by selling strategic advertising solutions to current and new advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceed sales activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis.
  • Lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and staying aware of new business openings.
  • Pipeline management by continually building a pipeline of new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Product expertise by becoming an expert on our digital and print products/services.
  • Client interaction through discovery calls and presentations with prospects and customers.
  • Client solutions by recommending new products and promotional opportunities to current clients and handling objections efficiently.
  • Forecasting by managing client pipeline and monthly revenue forecast.
