Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Agency. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive insurance programs tailored to meet client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including producers, underwriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and other industry partners to ensure access to competitive products and services.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to present to clients.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure timely and effective execution of client programs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on account management and client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
