The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in the food industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of sales, profitability, and budget
  • Leading a team of sales staff to achieve individual and department goals
  • Developing and implementing strategic account management processes
  • Monitoring and managing sales, margins, expenses, and overall sales results
  • Supervising and directing sales team to ensure individual and department goals are met

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the seafood industry and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
