We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Product Strategist to become an integral part of our End-to-End Customer Experience team. This role is pivotal in developing new offerings and enhancing existing products. Operating within an Agile framework and collaborating with a diverse team, the individual will be responsible for crafting and executing the Product roadmap while ensuring the Backlog is effectively prioritized and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather high-level work estimations for project phases.
  • Prioritize the ART Backlog to facilitate the execution of program objectives.
  • Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of features for the team.
  • Provide insights into timelines and explore alternative paths for project execution.
  • Lead evaluations on trade-offs concerning feature implementation.
  • Define objectives for Program Increments.
  • Engage in usability studies to incorporate customer feedback into feature development.
  • Assist the Product Manager in developing business cases for initial project phases.
  • Support the Product Manager in outlining and securing approval for customer journeys and detailed process flows.
  • Ensure design and development consistency across all work with ART.
  • Facilitate the software selection process to deliver on project requirements.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Delivery Product Owners regarding feature refinement and solution options.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Agile methodologies in a Product Owner capacity.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems development is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with software development technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse technical audiences.
  • Experience in the development of medical devices or other highly regulated products.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience in the development of insulin pumps is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive communication with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges with urgency.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing industry.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
