We are seeking a Lead Product Strategist to contribute to the development of the Tellius Analytics Platform as we advance to the next stage. This role is hands-on and requires a robust technical background, extensive knowledge in analytics and business intelligence, and exceptional product management capabilities, coupled with a proactive mindset to create the optimal experience for our clients. A passion for Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning technologies is crucial.

Your Contributions
  • Oversee products from conception to launch, leveraging industry insights, market research, competitive assessments, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to establish product release criteria, understand the competitive landscape, position the product, identify target customer use cases, and formulate the go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop product vision and prioritize features effectively.
  • Collect product requirements from clients and internal teams.
  • Draft comprehensive and agile product specifications, ensuring clear communication of these requirements to all stakeholders, including management, engineering, design, and documentation teams.
  • Support engineering teams in identifying optimal technical implementation strategies.
  • Work closely with development leads to plan, prioritize, and monitor features and releases.
  • Gather customer insights for product enhancements.
  • Present product roadmaps, released features, and demonstrations to clients, analysts, and internal teams.
  • Promote the product internally and externally through blogs, social media, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in the Analytics and Business Intelligence domain, with a solid grasp of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Management or sales engineering roles involving complex B2B SaaS products.
  • In-depth knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, SiSense, Looker, Zoomdata, Thoughtspot, OBIEE, Birst, GoodData, Cognos, Business Objects, DataRobot, Dataiku, Trifacta, Alteryx, or similar.
  • Experience throughout the product management lifecycle for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong skills in UX and design thinking.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Comfortable presenting in both intimate customer settings and larger audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning is highly advantageous.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript, R, Spark, etc.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or an MBA is a plus.
