Alida Biosciences es una empresa emergente respaldada por capital de riesgo, ubicada en San Diego, CA, que se centra en el desarrollo de herramientas de análisis innovadoras para la detección de marcadores epigenómicos. Estamos en búsqueda de un Lead Product Strategist que sea una persona audaz y enérgica, con una pasión por los avances genómicos y un deseo de dar forma al portafolio y la entrada al mercado de una empresa joven. Este dinámico y experimentado Lead Product Strategist será fundamental en la dirección de la estrategia del portafolio de nuevos productos de AlidaBio. Este rol será instrumental en guiar la estrategia del producto, asegurando un crecimiento rápido y fomentando la innovación en mercados globales. El candidato ideal tendrá una amplia experiencia en gestión de productos comerciales en herramientas de investigación de Ciencias de la Vida, junto con una sólida base técnica. Esta es una oportunidad fantástica para ser parte del próximo punto de inflexión en la genómica, habilitado por las tecnologías de secuenciación de AlidaBio.

Responsabilidades
  • Recopilar y representar la voz del cliente para informar la estrategia del producto.
  • Monitorear y evaluar tendencias de la industria, tecnologías emergentes y paisajes competitivos para refinar las estrategias de producto y marketing.
  • Sintetizar el mercado, el cliente y la retroalimentación de ventas para definir los requisitos del producto y priorizar los planes de desarrollo.
  • Apoyar la ejecución de una estrategia y hoja de ruta de producto a varios años.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para involucrar a clientes clave y cultivar colaboraciones.
  • Proporcionar mensajes, posicionamiento y otras herramientas de habilitación de ventas.
  • Representar a AlidaBio en eventos clave de clientes y conferencias, presentando y comprometiéndose con los clientes.
  • Colaborar con el resto del equipo de marketing para desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de marketing e iniciativas de marca que apoyen los objetivos comerciales de la organización.
  • Responsable de pronosticar objetivos de ingresos y rastrear el rendimiento en relación con las metas, desarrollando y monitoreando métricas de rendimiento de ventas, ajustando estrategias según sea necesario para alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de liderazgo, I+D y operaciones para recopilar información de las partes interesadas que definirá las prioridades futuras de la hoja de ruta del producto.

Requisitos

  • Doctorado en genómica o un campo relacionado, combinado con una experiencia significativa en liderazgo empresarial, o título de licenciatura en genómica o un campo relacionado más MBA.
  • Generalmente, más de 10 años de conocimiento y experiencia en mercados de genómica.
  • Fuerte acumen científico y técnico en productos de genómica y NGS (secuenciación de nueva generación) es imprescindible; la experiencia en células individuales y/o epigenómica es un plus.
  • Pensador estratégico capaz de traducir planes estratégicos en acción. Confianza para navegar en mercados incipientes y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de acuerdos desde su inicio hasta su cierre, logrando hitos a través de un fuerte liderazgo y colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con legal y otras partes interesadas para definir, negociar y cerrar acuerdos complejos.
  • Experiencia en planificación financiera, modelado, fijación de precios y análisis, y defensa del caso empresarial ante la alta dirección.
  • Capacidad para traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en mensajes y contenido de marketing que resuene con clientes clave y líderes de pensamiento.
  • Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales, tanto escritas como verbales, con experiencia en influir, comunicar y establecer redes de manera efectiva en todos los niveles dentro de una organización.
