Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Product Strategist to elevate IFTTT's offerings. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, and creative team. You will craft products that are utilized by millions and assist leading brands in creating experiences that resonate with their customers.

Role Significance:
As the digital landscape evolves, your contributions will be vital in ensuring that internet services operate cohesively, fostering trust and reliability among users. This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth research on customer needs and market trends to shape strategy and outline requirements for your product team’s roadmap.
  • Establishing a clear product vision informed by customer insights and performance analytics.
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams, as well as our users and clients, to develop and launch impactful features and products.
  • Working alongside data and engineering teams to define clear metrics for assessing the impact of the features you deliver.
  • Partnering with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment or with a top-tier product team at a large tech firm.
  • Proven experience in launching at least one complete product or a significant feature as the lead Product Manager.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine both visual and user experience designs.
  • A passion for well-crafted products, whether they cater to consumers or enterprises.
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies and innovative concepts regarding the future of technology.
  • A commitment to product excellence, demonstrated through clear product ideas, well-structured specifications, and effective communication.
  • A background in software development or relevant technical education, enabling you to manage a team of engineers effectively.
Additional Information

Benefits:

  • The annual salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $190,000, along with equity and benefits. The starting salary will be determined based on various job-related factors, including skills, education, training, experience, and location.
