Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the growth and development of our marketing initiatives at EmergencyMD. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, web, and print. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance. Assist in the development of social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing results. Ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Assist in coordinating marketing activities with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, track project deadlines, and manage budgets. Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
