Position Summary

UCG is on the lookout for a dynamic, analytical, and innovative Marketing Analyst to support our growth initiatives. Our integrated marketing approach emphasizes data analysis and digital strategies to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Director in executing marketing plans, managing projects, and performing administrative tasks related to strategic planning, digital marketing, and communications.
  • Implement marketing strategies aimed at both new center openings and acquisition growth.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee social media advertising and PPC campaigns, including content creation, ad copy development, strategy formulation, and budget optimization.
  • Develop and design content to enhance brand visibility, including social media posts, blog articles, press releases, and printed materials.
  • Maintain and organize content for the company website using WordPress.
  • Manage local business listings for all UCG centers.
Qualifications
  • A natural problem-solver with a desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A combination of analytical and creative talents to effectively contribute to impactful marketing efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress is preferred.
