Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
- Assess customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions.
- Escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions in accordance with timeliness and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service and quality objectives.
- Foster sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
- Participate in internal and external training for new or updated processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call center database.
- Assist with additional inquiries from agents as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on high productivity and tight deadlines.
- Strong service orientation and work ethic.
- Commitment to safeguarding client and producer confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
