As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering precise and courteous responses to inquiries from clients, agents, and external parties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
  • Assess customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions.
  • Escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions in accordance with timeliness and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service and quality objectives.
  • Foster sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
  • Participate in internal and external training for new or updated processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call center database.
  • Assist with additional inquiries from agents as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Preferred:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on high productivity and tight deadlines.
  • Strong service orientation and work ethic.
  • Commitment to safeguarding client and producer confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
