About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Venture Solar. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners to discuss and sell solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss and sell solar energy solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work with our appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments
  • Close deals with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

What We Offer:

  • Base salary plus commission

  • $100, $225,000.00 per year
