Solar Sales Professional

Overview
Venture Solar is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Closer. This role is ideal for a confident and results-driven individual who is passionate about solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to execute a daily schedule focused on maximizing the number of presentations and closing deals.
- Close own referrals and self-generated opportunities generated in Hybrid Opportunities.
- Engage with 40-70 new prospects per month and aim to close at least 20 opportunities a month.
- Attend monthly in-person sales meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Junior Solar Consultants to progress opportunities from Aurora Design to Closed Won.
- Ensure adherence to the sales process, including app downloads, referral generation, LOI signature (when applicable), and credit checks.
- Independently generate contracts and oversee the sales lifecycle from appointment set to closed won.
Requirements
- Maintain a closing rate of 35% or higher.
- Successfully pass the Design Optimization Evaluation.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
