Job Description

This Office Support Specialist position plays a vital role in supporting our residents and staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving applications and explaining eligibility requirements.
  • Processing applications for occupancy in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Assisting with income certification, re-certification, and verification functions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Coordinating maintenance work orders.
Qualifications
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic office skills, including phone handling, filing, and equipment operation.
  • Professional communication skills.

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
