We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

**Job Description:** The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities management, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing vendors and service providers, coordinating office seating arrangements, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will also be responsible for event coordination, planning and executing internal and external company events, and providing support for virtual events.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office budget related to supplies, services, and facility upgrades.
- Coordinate logistics for all events, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, AV setup, and more.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support events with partners, portfolio companies, and investors.

**Requirements:** 3+ years of office management or facilities management experience, preferably in a venture capital, finance, or tech environment. Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience planning and coordinating events is a plus.
