About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of dredging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced technology to monitor and direct project activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Plan and coordinate project layouts, including dredge instrumentation and automation.
  • Contribute to the company's profitability through accurate tracking of dredging progress and survey processes.
  • Deliver quality control excellence on all project sites.
  • Travel and work a 2-week on/1-week off rotation, with opportunities to work on a variety of projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • Background in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in a construction-related role, with a passion for maintaining or improving shorelines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced environment.
