We are looking for a skilled and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to manage projects from initiation to completion. This position requires close collaboration with our Sales/Estimating, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments, as well as direct engagement with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, such as timelines, budgets, and status reports.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and on-site teams.
  • Manage material procurement processes.
  • Supervise the production of millwork and casework at the main facility.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgetary targets.
  • Maintain all necessary project documentation.
  • Conduct project evaluations post-completion and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 3-5 years of management experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
