- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators, to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Safety Management: Foster a culture of safety, implementing and enforcing incident-and-injury-free (IIF) practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction project management.
