Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Iconergy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The Business Development Specialist will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong background in commercial energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
