Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at National Corporate Housing. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize consultative selling approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Local travel may be required, reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus

Pay Range: $53,000 - $60,000 per year
