**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, while also managing the front desk operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client and candidate information, and front desk operations data.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
