Human Resources Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist the busy HR team with employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, background checks, and employment verifications.
* Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and orientation/training schedules.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource and benefit files, records, and documentation.
* Process terminations and complete necessary paperwork.
* Monitor changes in employment law and regulations for compliance with federal and state requirements.
* Provide general HR and Benefits support, including health and wellness initiatives, and other administrative duties as required.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources/Benefits.
* Microsoft Office Suite experience necessary.
* Knowledge of HRIS and similar applications helpful.
