About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies. As a key member of our Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) team, you will be responsible for providing expert risk management solutions to our clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients in coordinating risk management solutions, managing accounts, obtaining advice, and administering plans.
  • Ensure customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs.
  • Resolve and oversee customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions, and products.
  • Serve as a thought leader within the organization and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Background in Commercial Insurance working with Real Estate/Construction clients.
  • Minimum of 12 years' of commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • CPCU, ARM, or other insurance designations a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
