Compensation Package:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth financial assessments of the company's real estate assets and transactions.
  • Review and analyze lease contracts, rent adjustments, and other financial components of real estate dealings.
  • Develop and disseminate the annual Real Estate Occupancy Budget.
  • Prepare the yearly Capital Projects Budget.
  • Monitor occupancy metrics, space utilization, and related analytics.
  • Support payment processing, lease negotiations, renewals, vendor contracts, and project evaluations.
  • Examine lease agreements, sublease revenue, and operational costs.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive records of real estate leases and associated projects.
  • Evaluate the necessity for lease audits and manage the audit process.
  • Oversee the Property Insurance renewal process for the firm.
  • Track and ensure compliance with all Landlord and Subtenant lease obligations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate real estate finance and lease management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new software and systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
