Key Responsibilities· Deliver a **top-tier** leasing experience to tenants/customers by upholding a consistently high standard of service and responsiveness.
· Address tenant requests and manage the distribution of work orders to Service Technicians, while monitoring the progress of these tasks.
· Conduct comprehensive monthly financial reporting in collaboration with management and ownership.
· Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting thorough walk-throughs.
· Maintain updated emergency contact lists for tenants.
· Prepare the annual budget for the property.
· Analyze the competitive landscape to ensure that properties are strategically positioned to attract and retain quality tenants.
· Enhance the aesthetic appeal of both the interior and exterior of managed properties through effective oversight of service providers.
· Cultivate and manage relationships with current vendors.
· Schedule vendors and contractors to perform various services at the properties.
· Adhere to established Property Management operational policies and procedures.
· Ensure that management and supplier agreements are properly documented to mitigate risks to the company and its stakeholders.
· Foster relationships with on-site staff, such as day porters, and collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of tenant requests and work orders.
