We are in search of a proactive and skilled Permanent Real Estate Valuation Associate to enhance our expanding team in the technology sector.
As a vital contributor to our organization, you will play a key role in managing our property portfolio, evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, and establishing asset values.
Your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making and support the growth and success of our firm.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough real estate valuation and analysis utilizing industry-standard tools such as Argus and proprietary models.
- Oversee and enhance the company's real estate portfolio, encompassing commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
- Evaluate and interpret intricate financial data to determine the feasibility of prospective real estate investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute strategies for portfolio management, asset optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on asset valuations, market trends, and investment prospects to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Engage in deal structuring and negotiations, ensuring the company's interests are prioritized.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of REIT structures and fund-level considerations, applying this knowledge to valuation and investment decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may influence real estate valuations and investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, MRICS) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate valuation, asset management, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proficiency in utilizing Argus and other real estate valuation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong grasp of real estate economics and finance.
- Knowledge of REIT structures, fund-level considerations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage deals and transactions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
