Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new personnel for staff-level and non-exempt roles.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll, evaluate payroll systems, and ensure the accuracy of payroll processing.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and administration, including FMLA leaves and compliance with ACA regulations.
  • Handle various HR management tasks such as organizing staff meetings, maintaining employee records, overseeing disciplinary actions, updating performance evaluations, and implementing necessary HR process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of HR experience encompassing Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of HR management responsibilities.
  • A strong desire to excel in an HR Manager capacity with the capability to identify process improvements and initiate necessary changes.

SALARY OFFERS WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH YEARS OF RELEVANT, HR-FOCUSED EXPERIENCE, WITHIN THE PROVIDED SALARY RANGE.
