Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and onboard new personnel for staff-level and non-exempt roles.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll, evaluate payroll systems, and ensure the accuracy of payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefit programs and administration, including FMLA leaves and compliance with ACA regulations.
- Handle various other HR operational duties such as organizing staff meetings, maintaining employee records, overseeing disciplinary actions, updating performance evaluations, and implementing necessary HR process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, encompassing Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
