Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Beijng Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing guidance and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and personnel management: Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening CVs, inviting interviews, negotiating salary packages, signing contracts, etc., and managing current employees.
  • Data management and reporting statistics: Responsible for maintaining employees' personal information, work records and payroll records, etc., carrying out data analysis and statistics, and providing relevant human resources data and reports in a timely manner.
  • Enforcement of policies and regulations: Responsible for conducting research and enforcement of human resources policies and regulations, upholding the company's legal agreements with government departments, and ensuring compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
  • Job descriptions and performance appraisals: Responsible for preparing job descriptions and employee performance appraisal plans and adjusting the duties and performance standards of the job as necessary to ensure that the employee performs to the best of his or her ability in the job.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for assessing human resources training needs and developing and implementing training programmes to ensure that employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to improve their effectiveness.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Responsible for developing and updating payroll and benefits policies, maintaining employee payroll and benefits records, and ensuring that the company's payroll and benefits system is fair and workable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of HR experience related to construction and building materials
  • Language requirements: Chinese can be used as a working language, Fluent Mandarin is better

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year
