Human Resources Manager

RNDC is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our Human Capital Strategic Plan forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with our core values and business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and improve associate engagement.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective talent management programs, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives, ensuring effective communication and resolution of labor-related issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making, analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide sound guidance to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to drive business results through HR initiatives.
