Position Overview

Impact on the Organization

Epsilon is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Compensation Specialist to become a vital part of our Sales Compensation team. In this role, you will play a key part in the administration of sales compensation plans across various Lines of Business. Reporting to the Sales Compensation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the broader Sales Compensation team and multiple departments, including HR and Finance.

  • Collaborative Success: You will assist the Sales Compensation team in delivering exceptional sales compensation plan administration. Your interactions will span across the organization, engaging with Finance, Accounting, Internal IT, Sales Operations, and Human Resources.

Your Contributions

As a Senior Sales Compensation Specialist, your responsibilities will include the implementation of compensation plans into Xactly, onboarding new hires onto compensation plans, calculating commissions, ensuring policy compliance, resolving escalations, and providing support to sales leaders and field teams. You will be accountable for the accurate and timely validation and submission of commissions. Serving as the subject matter expert, you will address inquiries and concerns regarding the sales compensation plans you oversee. Your insights will be instrumental in enhancing existing processes, systems, reporting, and policies related to sales compensation. Additionally, you will analyze sales compensation plan performance, correlating results with payments and comparing them to historical data.

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation
    • Familiarity with sales compensation systems

    • Passionate about identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences
    • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with Xactly Incent
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
