Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to Administration to join our team at NADAP. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret and edit complex documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the COO and Executive Team, including managing email and calendar, completing complex tasks, and tracking outcomes.
  • Identify solutions for operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Process financial activities, including generating payment requests and reconciling credit card expenses.
  • Support the COO/Corporate Compliance Officer and the agency's Corporate Compliance Committee by organizing and participating in Compliance meetings and completing follow-up work.
  • Create reports and agendas for Board and Compliance meetings, and edit written material prepared by others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business.
  • At least three years of senior administrative level support experience.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and edit complex documents.
