Position Summary

We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Clinician to deliver behavioral management support to families in various settings. This role offers an annual salary range of $42,000 to $66,000, accompanied by a robust health benefits package aimed at promoting the well-being of our employees and their families. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews with individuals, their families, and relevant service providers to gather necessary information.
  • Provide behavioral management counseling to individuals and families in home settings, educational institutions, and other locations as required.
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans, ensuring effective monitoring and adjustment as needed.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate individuals' functional capabilities and service requirements.
  • Facilitate referrals to additional services when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed logs for all individuals and families served, documenting each interaction and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Respond to program inquiries and calls on a rotating schedule.
  • Assist in compiling monthly activity reports for supervisory review.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
  • Adhere to service level requirements as outlined in relevant contracts.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent in a human services treatment field is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
