Position Overview:
- Work Schedule: Day shifts
- Availability: Weekdays and weekends
- Working Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM
- Environment: Mobile Crisis CPEP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and case management support to individuals in a mobile crisis intervention team.
- Demonstrated experience in addressing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges is essential.
- Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of services rendered.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapeutic sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work is mandatory.
- New York State Registration/Certification as a Social Worker is required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or community service setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the target patient demographic and the use of PM Schedule along with LMSW or LCSW credentials is crucial.
- Experience in managing co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders is a prerequisite.
