Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Twin Tier Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing room assignments, and maintaining accurate records. About the Role:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage guest registration, room assignments, and special requests with precision and attention to detail.
- Efficiently handle check-ins/check-outs, including credit/cash handling policies and friendly communication.
- Maintain accurate records, update systems, and verify information to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal workflow, share knowledge, and support team goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Three months to one year of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
- Prior experience with hotel operations, front desk procedures, and reservation systems is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs., push/pull 120 lbs., and continuously walk/stand for 90-95% of an 8-hour shift.
Estimated Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on location (La Quinta NYC Central Park - New York, NY) and industry standards. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
