Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Arva. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and enjoyable.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar setting and be able to work weekends with open availability. They must also be capable of working in a team-oriented environment to achieve the hotel's common goal of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include confirming daily reservations, logging information about our guest preferences, and coordinating set menus for small groups.
We offer a competitive salary of $21 + Tips per hour and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
