Job Summary:

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure a smooth dining experience, including escorting guests to their tables.
  • Manage reservations and communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing guest needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a host in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
