About the Role:

As a Facilities Coordinator at CBRE, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the completion of facility tasks and work orders efficiently.

This position is integral to the Facilities Management sector, focusing on the operational aspects of various assets and providing essential support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Address all client inquiries and manage work order collection.
  • Compile information reports to assess performance and progress.
  • Organize work orders, proposals, departmental files, and other documentation submitted by vendors.
  • Oversee external activities, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed.
  • Interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Utilize existing procedures to resolve straightforward issues while operating within defined guidelines.
  • Deliver results by adhering to clearly defined duties and processes under close supervision.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and discounts.
