Job Overview

Anderson Security Agency is seeking a Security Operations Specialist to serve in the Phoenix-Metro area.

The Security Operations Specialist will be tasked with performing vehicle patrols, checking in with various sites and facilities, and responding to emergencies during shifts.

Availability to work 2 out of the 3 shifts we service is required.

As a Security Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of diverse client accounts while providing support to your team members.

Security Responsibilities and Skills
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to patrol site facilities to ensure safety and security.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, client associates, and the public in a professional manner.
  • Utilize your intermediate/advanced computer skills to operate proprietary software systems on-site.
  • Respond to incidents promptly, as directed by the Security Operations Center.
  • Conduct thorough patrols around the premises to observe anything out of the ordinary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of standard operating procedures, site-specific post orders and duties, and client safety programs.
  • Demonstrate self-management and ethical judgment while executing your responsibilities in accordance with company and client policies.
  • Exhibit keen attention to detail in all aspects of the role to ensure safety and security for all on-site.
  • Handle sensitive information and materials with confidentiality.
  • Uphold the highest levels of integrity in the performance of your duties.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and be available for overtime when necessary or in emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid Unarmed Security Guard Card for the state of Arizona
    • (Required, assistance available to obtain this)
  • 21 years of age or older - to operate a company vehicle.
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certified (assistance available to obtain these certifications).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • If applicable, must provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4 for military experience.
  • Must have 2 years of prior Security experience or 1 year of prior Corrections or Law Enforcement experience.
