About the Role:

As a Facilities Coordinator at CBRE, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of facility tasks and work orders.

This position is integral to the Facilities Management sector, focusing on the operational aspects of various assets and providing support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events, with the ability to lift items up to 25 pounds.
  • Address all client inquiries and gather work orders efficiently.
  • Compile information reports to assess performance and progress.
  • Organize work orders, proposals, departmental files, and vendor paperwork.
  • Oversee external activities, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
  • Follow instructions and memos, seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Utilize established procedures to resolve straightforward issues with limited discretion.
  • Deliver results by adhering to defined procedures and processes under close supervision.

What You Will Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts.
