Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on facility equipment, including lubrication, diagnosis, and operation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using technical drawings and schematics.
  • Repair and replace equipment, fixtures, and systems as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and material consumption accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • May be required to perform backup duties on production lines as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical Systems (CMMS) and experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience working in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Experience managing people or projects.
