Role Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of assigned projects, ensuring effective coordination of product orders and supplies, managing change orders, and addressing project-related challenges. The role requires strong communication with contractors and trades to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand project requirements including job files, contracts, budgets, and specifications.
  • Establish project timelines and determine necessary material delivery dates.
  • Conduct field verification and participate in coordination meetings as required.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals, coordinating necessary adjustments with the scheduling team.
  • Provide shipping information and timelines to relevant departments.
  • Manage material phasing according to approved schedules.
  • Collaborate with contractors and colleagues to resolve project issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare and submit change order proposals, detailing project specifics, lead times, and pricing.
  • Address product warranty concerns and manage back charges in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field, with a minimum of four years of industry experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal mentorship.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse situations professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Basic mathematical skills including arithmetic and geometry.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability for driving.
Additional Information:

Work Environment: Initially remote, transitioning to onsite work as determined by company needs. Standard business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.
