Job Summary:
Ist Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk/Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and office services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to internal and external clients, including verbal and written communication.
- Greet clients and visitors, create security badges, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage conference room bookings, set up and breakdown meetings, and provide catering assistance as needed.
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and take direction from supervisor.
- Participate in cross-training, maintain logs and reporting documentation, and demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required and may be tested.
- Familiarity with MS Teams.
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment and willingness to cross-train for other job functions.
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion/as needed.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
