Front Desk Coordinator-Multiple Sites

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
• Take detailed messages and coordinate their transfer to the appropriate personnel
• Provide true administrative support and manage ad hoc projects as required
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved
• Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with a diverse client base
• Perform receptionist duties, maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area
• Carry out other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.• Must possess at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Spanish language is required
• Prior experience in receptionist duties is essential
• Strong customer service skills are necessary
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
