Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Club Quarters is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate the front desk, handling guest requests, and managing the cash drawer.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest information, including reservations and billing.
  • Assist with concierge services, providing guests with information and recommendations on local events and services.
  • Supervise Guest Service Representatives and ensure they are meeting guest service standards.
  • Balance room inventory to maximize revenue and ensure accurate billing.
  • Perform night audit shifts as needed and maintain accurate records of hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule, including AM, PM, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure situation.
  • Proficient in the use of SMS and other equipment, including kiosks and PMS systems.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and revenue management.
